Louis-Philippe-Antoine Bélanger (April 17, 1907 in Saint-Damase-de-L'Islet, Quebec, Canada – June 14, 1989) was a Canadian politician, clerk, forester, land surveyor and machinist. He was elected to the Canadian House of Commons in 1962 as a Member of the Social Credit Party of Canada to represent the riding of Charlevoix. He was re-elected in 1963 and defeated in 1945 in the riding of Charlevoix—Saguenay. Prior to his federal political experience, he was elected mayor of Beaupré, Quebec in 1945 and served until 1964.
